Hotel Review: Le Dixsèptieme, Brussels
In a narrow street, close to the city's Grand-Place, the neo-classical Le Dixsèptieme offers a quiet elegance and generous breakfasts. Bedrooms are a mix of 17th-cenury grandeur and contemporary classic styling, plus there's a hidden courtyard garden. There's no restaurant here, but there is a discreet bar service in the lounge for pre- or after-dinner drinks.

The neo-classical main part of the hotel, with the public rooms and grander bedrooms, dates from the 17th century (hence the name) and are traditionally furnished; the newer wings behind blend seamlessly but have a lighter, more contemporary touch.
