THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Perched on the clifftops, overlooking the beautiful sands of Mawgan Porth Beach, Bedruthan is brilliantly positioned between the popular destination towns of Newquay and Padstow, with myriad sandy beaches, backed by dunes and direct access to the South West Coast Path. Take the winding path down to the expansive bay and enjoy days spent on the north Cornish coast.

By car: 1 hour 30 minutes from Exeter, under 3 hours from Bristol and 5 hours from London. Free parking on-site.

By train: London Paddington to Newquay takes around 5 hours. It's a 10-minute taxi to the hotel. Book trains to Newquay.

THE LOOK AND FEEL

The style and design of the hotel is based on Richard Neutra's modern architecture - think sliding floor-ceiling doors and outdoor shaded terraces to a backdrop of seaside blues. Rooms have a Scandinavian influence, with lots of natural furnishings and textures. Expect light-filled spaces with soft palettes, fused with bright colour pops, inspiring local art and a rewilded garden.
