THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Situated on the river Camel - approximately five-miles northeast of Wadebridge, with its array of well-kept thatches - Saint Tudy is home to an old church, a village store and a scenic circular walk from the village centre to Wetheram. The much-loved pub provides a charming inland retreat for a Cornish escape, with endless options for visiting the coast, or embracing the wilderness of the moorland. Half an hour's drive will take you to the coastal towns of Polzeath, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, with just a ten-minute drive to Bodmin Moor.
By car: just off the A39, St Tudy Inn is 25 minutes from both Polzeath and Bodmin. Exeter is an hour and 20 minutes' drive from the hotel and Plymouth an hour and 20 minutes.
By train: Bodmin Parkway is a 25-minute drive from the hotel and serviced by Great Western Railway trains to Penzance (1 hr 15 mins), Cardiff (4 hr 15 mins) and Plymouth (40 mins). Book trains to Bodmin.

Minimal and elegant, interiors are inspired by the local countryside; the listed Inn combines heritage features with modern furnishings, creating a relaxed and cosy vibe with a pared-back, minimal aesthetic - think tonal grey hues setting the backdrop for contemporary monochrome prints and cut-flowers from the garden, with attention-to-detail creating a distinctively stylish space.

There are four simply styled ensuite rooms, converted from a derelict barn, adjacent to the pub; minimal and elegant, in a contemporary tonal palette, designed to withstand the test of time, where pretty succulents and comfy bolster cushions add laidback-luxury, and a Harbour brewed Ale and mini cream tea add a personal touch. Slate and chrome bathrooms are home to Bramley toiletries, packed with essential oils.

FOOD AND DRINK
Flavoursome pub classics are created with a little Cornish flare, making this a classic foodie destination.
