THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Situated in South Devon near the beautiful seaside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, Thurlestone Hotel is surrounded by sandy beaches and miles of wild coastal paths. Discover rocky coastlines via the South West Coastal Path and beautiful villages such as Bantham and Hope Cove. Head to the sailing town of Salcombe with its beach-fronted restaurants, bars and galleries - either a 20-minute drive or an exhilarating two-hour jaunt along the coastal path.

By car: The hotel is 1 hour from Exeter, 2 hours 30 mins from Bristol and around 4 hours 20 mins from London. There is free parking at the hotel.

By train: London Paddington to Totnes takes around 2 hours 50 mins. The hotel is a 30-minute taxi ride from the station. Book trains to Totnes.

By plane: Exeter airport (45 miles)
