THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in south Devon, this contemporary-coastal hotel boasts breathtaking views, surrounded by sun-drenched beaches. Set back from the water's edge, it sits directly on the South West Coastal path, opposite the popular market town of Kingsbridge, and a stone's throw from Salcombe Gin distillery.

By train: London Paddington to Totnes takes around 2 hours 50 mins. The hotel is a 40-minute taxi ride from the station. Book trains to Totnes.

By car: The hotel is 1 hour 15 mins from Exeter, 2 hours 30 mins from Bristol and around 4 hours 30 mins from London. There is free parking at the hotel.
