Stay overnight in an individually-designed guest room and taste autumnal produce from the hotel’s organic gardens

Le Manoir is a quintessential English manor, with a lavender-lined path leading to a grand manor house made of honey-hued stone. This hotel is the vision of award-winning French chef, Raymond Blanc, so inside you'll find French influences, especially in the exceptional food. Choose from our exclusive autumn and winter offers and enjoy an indulgent gastronmic break.

The 32 uniquely-decorated guest rooms showcase the finest influences from around the world in their décor and fabrics, each inspired by Raymond's travels.

As Chef Patron, Raymond has created an unforgettable gourmet experience at Le Manoir. When autumn arrives at the manor, the gardens and orchard turn to dazzling shades of gold and red, and the chefs create menus which showcase the finest ingredients harvested here.

You'll be treated to a tour of Le Manoir's gardens with one of the senior gardeners and witness firsthand how the ethos of garden gastronomy permeates every season, cultivating a harmonious relationship between the kitchen and its surroundings.
