The Michelin-starred Es Fum provides a memorable dining experience with tasting menus of intricate plates bursting with flavour, paired with exceptional local wines by the charismatic female sommelier. Downstairs the Aqua restaurant serves grilled fish and meat and crowd-pleasers such as Chateaubriand steak to share.
